For all warranty repair problems/complaints relating to La-Z-Boy or Morgan products we advise you to contact the retailer from which you first purchased the product.
We carry a life-time warranty on the La-Z-Boy mechanism and a ten year warranty on the frame, three year warranty on leather and one year warranty on fabric (if purchased from us).
Please remember that not all recliners are La-Z-Boys. This is a common misconception. The way to tell is by lifting the footrest. La-Z-Boy is the only chair that has a three position locking footrest.
